Who we are
Rematch Games Ltd runs Rematch at 31 Brickfield Row, Wexley Bridge. This page explains what we do with your personal information. If something is unclear, email hello@rematchwexleybridge.com and a person will answer.
What we collect
When you fill in a form we keep the details you give us: your name, email, phone number, the date and size of your visit, and anything you write in the notes box. When you ask for a gift card we also keep the recipient’s name and your message. If you contact us by email or phone we keep that conversation. We do not ask for card details on this website.
Why we use it
We use your details to answer your enquiry, confirm and run your booking, send gift cards, and tell you about changes such as a closure or a cancelled event. We keep records of deposits and payments because the law asks us to. We only send news or offers if you have asked for them, and every message tells you how to stop.
Who sees it
Our staff see your details when they need them to run your visit. We use a few outside services to run the business, such as email, form handling, payments and website hosting. They can only use your information to do that job for us. We do not sell your details and we do not give them to advertisers.
How long we keep it
Booking and enquiry details are kept for 12 months after your visit, then deleted. Payment records are kept for as long as our accounts require. Lost property notes are deleted 30 days after the item is returned or given away.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses a small number of cookies to make pages work and to count visits in a way that does not identify you. You can block cookies in your browser and the site will still load.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop using your details for anything beyond running your booking. Send the request to hello@rematchwexleybridge.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Children
Families are welcome by day, but we only collect details from adults. If a booking is for a child, the adult making the booking is the contact.
Changes
If we change how we use your information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Bigger changes will be sent to people who have booked with us.
