Questions we get asked
Can kids come in?
Yes, by day and early evening. The times and rules are in the table above.
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes. Walk-ins are welcome while there is room, and the table above shows how it works after 5 pm. Bookings always go first, so a quick request saves a wait.
How do deposits work?
Groups of 8 or more pay a deposit of $10 a guest to hold the date. It comes off your final bill. Smaller bookings need no deposit.
What if we need to cancel?
Cancel at least 7 days ahead and your deposit comes back in full. Between 2 and 7 days ahead, we move it to a new date once. Inside 48 hours it is kept.
How accessible is Rematch?
Everything is on one level with a step-free door and an accessible toilet. Tell us what you need and we will set up around it. More on our visit page.
What about allergies?
Tell your server and we will check every dish with the kitchen. We cook nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs and shellfish in the same building, so we cannot promise a food is free of any of them.
Is there a dress code?
No. Wear what you can move in. Flat, closed shoes are needed for mini-golf and shuffleboard.
What if I lose something?
Email hello@rematchwexleybridge.com with what it was and when you were in. We keep found items for 30 days.
What ID do you accept?
Any photo ID with a date of birth, on paper or on a phone. We may ask anyone who looks under 25 after 8 pm.
How big does a group need to be?
Packages start at 8 guests. Smaller groups can book individual games and a table any time.
Where do I park?
There is two-hour street parking on Brickfield Row by day and free parking after 6 pm. Directions are on our visit page.
Can I bring a cake?
Yes, and we will cut and serve it. Please leave other outside food at home.
